Purchasing a granulator or pelletizing line is often a large investment, part of which is determining whether your product is easy or difficult to pelletize.

Therefore, for less popular raw materials we recommend performing granulation tests on at least standard dies with a 6 mm hole diameter.

The tests are performed by our qualified experts who will develop a complete production technology. We will present

Minimum Test Requirements

• Quantity: minimum 1 big bag (small test)

• Humidity: 10% - 12%

• Size: 10mm - 15mm

• Fee: PLN 800 (refundable)

If an industrial test is required, at least 5 big bags of raw material must be delivered (we recommend 1 20' container). This quantity allows for a fair test using matrices with different parameters and possibly an additional component. The cost of such a test is priced individually.

Some raw materials and requirements may require the design and manufacture of a special die and rollers. In this case, the cost of the test is increased by the cost of non-standard consumables, priced individually.
