High quality requirements for granulated feeds, the number of threats caused by new recipes, new ingredients and the differentiation of suppliers force the use of a sterilization process in the production of feeds. The Design Team of Nawrocki sp. z o. o. designed a series of vertical and horizontal sterilizers that effectively eliminate unwanted bacteria, fungi and other harmful substances.

The use of a number of new solutions allows for higher quality and calorific value of feed, better digestibility and lower production costs.
A characteristic feature of vertical sterilizers is the use of gravity, which allows for a significant reduction in the size of drives and the required power of engines, which reduces energy costs. Importantly, horizontal sterilizers also do not require high power.
The large extraction surface guarantees uniform sliding of the raw material inside the cylinder without mixing throughout the volume, which eliminates the degradation of raw material particles and ensures a stable and constant sterilization process. The installed bypass allows for faster start-up of the installation in which the sterilizer is located, reducing the problem of sticking of the raw material during a cold start of the installation.
The weighing system provides easy regulation and monitoring of the amount of raw material flowing through the sterilizer and protects against blocking the sterilizer chamber. This type of flow in the cylinder allows for precise sterilization of each particle of raw material.
