How to refine pellets to make them more competitive?

Pure straw or hay pellets are used as fuel, fertilizer or bedding. However, we do not stop there - we refine pellets for bedding and fertilizers. By improving the parameters of straw pellets, you will achieve higher profits.

Sterilization of straw chaff

Thermal sterilization of straw chaff is an effective method of ensuring hygienic conditions on poultry farms. This process eliminates bacteria, fungi and other pathogens that may threaten the health of birds. As a result, straw chaff becomes a safe and clean material for bedding poultry houses, supporting the health and well-being of poultry.

Chemical sterilization

An alternative method in chicken breeding is the chemical sterilization of straw chaff to ensure hygienic conditions on farms. This process effectively eliminates bacteria, fungi and other pathogens through the use of specialized chemicals, which minimizes the risk of disease among poultry.
