Alternative fuels, stable pellets, safe to burn
Combustible waste such as RDF and SRF are becoming increasingly popular secondary raw materials, the pelleting of which is a new alternative to traditional recycling. It is an excellent fuel for waste incinerators, cement plants and soon for other large recipients.
Pellets from RDF, SRF and ASR
-
Nawrocki Pelleting Technology covers the complete technological and design scope for wet and dry RDF/SRF/MSW granulation lines.
-
We provide highly productive waste solutions based on many years of experience and machines built with the best components.
RDF, SRF and ASR pelleting line
Capacity from 1.5 t/h and up.
The line is equipped with a complete range of machines: receiving baskets and tanks, grinding mills, granulators, cooler, screen, dust aspiration system, dispatch silo, big-bag loading sections, full automation and power supply.
Pellets from MSW - modern recycling
MSW (Municipal Solid Waste) is Municipal Solid Waste from which energy pellets, materials for further recycling and liquid fuel (diesel, after the gasification process) can be produced on a large scale.
Types of alternative fuels
RDF: Refuse Derived Fuel
SRF: Solid Recovered Fuel
TDF: Tire Derived Fuel
MSW: Municipal Solid Waste
Dies for pellet mills for RDF, SRF and ASR
-
Dies for SRF, ASR and RDF are selected based on tests, because the composition of individual RDF/SRF/MSW mixtures may differ significantly and affect the final efficiency and quality of the granulate.
Pellet mills for RDF, SRF and ASR
-
Pellet mills for RDF, SRF and ASR are equipped with an internal feeder for the raw material, which forces the transport of the ground RDF/SRF/MSW towards the pelleting chamber, between the rollers and the die. The operation of the feeder increases the efficiency of pelleting, because it does not allow the raw material to retreat from under the rollers. In addition, even feeding reduces the risk of overloading the pelleting unit and blocking.
-
ARGAS in GR 750 and GR 850 granulators for RDF, SRF and ASR enables remote adjustment of the gap between the rollers and the die during the granulator operation. ARGAS provides full and immediate control of the granulate quality without the need to stop it, which increases the efficiency and productivity of the granulation process and the entire pellet factory.
