Crumbled animal feeds

NPT designs crushers for granulated feeds, which replace expensive microgranules with a diameter of 1.8 mm - 2.2 mm. We use specially slotted rollers, which effectively crush the feed, but do not crush it. Crushers from the KBNR and KBNS series effectively crush rapeseed or soybean grain, which immediately becomes a feed component.

​Two-roll and four-roll crushers for pelleted animal feeds reduce the size of the granulate and produce crushed material intended for chicks. Crushed material is a full equivalent of loose and granulated feed, with the difference that its production is at least 80% cheaper than microgranules with a diameter of 2.0 mm - 2.8 mm. Chicks perfectly absorb microgranules and crushed material, but the aforementioned reduction in production costs is extremely important for feed and poultry producers.
